BSI Technical Support requires a valid Tech Support Plan for assistance by phone or email. Before calling or emailing technical support for help with your BSI software, make sure to obtain your Customer ID/invoice number for your current support plan.
Tech Advantage Plans offer phone support or email assistance during BSI’s normal business hours, plus assistance with off-air emergencies, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

When sending an email to support please include the following:
– Customer ID/Tech Advantage Plan invoice number
– Program and version number
– Detailed explanation of the problem
