BSI Technical Support requires a valid Tech Care Plan support contract for assistance by phone. Before calling technical support for help with your BSI software, make sure to obtain your Customer ID/invoice number for your current support plan.
Also note that there are two levels of support contracts. Gold Tech Care Plans offer phone tech support assistance during BSI’s normal business hours, which are 6am to 6pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday (except for holidays). Platinum support plans offer phone tech support assistance during BSI’s normal business hours, plus assistance with off-air emergencies, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
