Description

The ASI5811 is a professional PCI audio adapter designed for use in radio broadcast production. The adapter offer two stereo record streams from either a balanced analog input or AES/EBU digital input and four stereo play streams mixed to both a balanced analog output and an AES/EBU digital output. Also included is a microphone input, with low noise pre-amp and a 48V phantom supply.

The ASI5811 is a PCI Express (PCIe) adapter. Additionally, the ASI5811 makes available two opto inputs and two relay outputs via a second bracket attached to the ASI5811 using a 10-pin ribbon cable. (supported in Simian 2.1.1 and WaveCart 5.0.0 and above)

30 Day Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect

Broadcast Software International offers a 30-day warranty on all hardware items against manufacturer defect. Individual manufacturers may offer a longer warranty through them directly. This 30-day warranty will not cover lightning damage or end user damage.

7 Day Returns on Software and Unused support plans.

BSI offers a 7-day refund on software and unused support plans from the date of purchase.  If you have already received a validation code on your software, you must have your software uninstalled by our tech support department before a refund can be issued.  Unused support plans are plans that have not received upgrade validation codes or technical support via the phone or internet.  Broadcast Software International will not issue a credit for any support plans that have been used for technical support by telephone or internet.

15 Day return policy on unopened hardware items.

All hardware must be unopened and in the original packaging. No refunds will be issued on opened hardware. A 20% restocking fee is standard on all unopened hardware.
